This is for the Paper Issues fall crop Big photo challenge. I used a large photo and put all my journaling on it, all about his recent urgent care visit, and finished it off with very little embellishments. I love when big photos are the main focus of a page. I also used a digital template by Simple Scrapper to make the whole process easier.
