I've had these two sheets of paper forever - and I mean forever! I just couldn't bare to use them! But I finally put them together and I loved it! I tore both 12x12 sheets into strips and then layered them - for the title - you can't really tell in the photo but the strips under the title are raised up from the background on pop dots. I cut the title from my Cruicut and heated embossed it in black and added a couple of jewels. The flowers are from a Spellbinders die - they die had all of the flowers attached so I cut them apart and colored them with Distress Stains, then layered them and covered them with the Wink of Stella glitter pens - I also colored the entire background strip of the title with the glitter pen too so it's frosty :-) added a metal piece some die cut leaves (also colored with stains) and jewels I also used a small square die cut that I cut into fourths and added underneath the flowers to peak out here and there. :-)
