Your friend's homemade cards really made this layout extra special. It was an instant accent to it. The photo of Grandpa and Roan is adorable. You can tell she has him wrapped around his little finger. LOL! I haven't had corn soufflé is eons. DH hates it so I don't make it anymore.

I have been spoiled by Katie and always look forward to receiving her handmade cards.

My favorite holiday every year is Thanksgiving. It is also John and Joe's favorite holiday and has been since they were teenagers. Even better than Christmas!

The huge homemade Thanksgiving dinner and the family stories around the dinner table gets them every time! Along with the eager anticipation of lots of leftovers! And the corn souffle - Thanksgiving and corn souffle go together for them.

My job - to get a dinner on the table that would impress even Martha Stewart.

Every else's job - to stay out of the kitchen and keep 3-year old Roan occupied.

Bill took Roan for a ride on one of his Segways, something that has become somewhat of Thanksgiving tradition for Grandad and Roan.

Even though Christmas was a month away, Joe presented Roan with his wonderful Christmas present to her; a real bouncy house!
