Dang...could you adopt me? First a bouncy house and then, a jeep! The phot of Roan in the box is priceless. I think every kid has made a box something really cool. Too bad we grow up and lose some of our imagination. You know I really like you used the larger photo. It is destined to be a family treasure.
While Roan was amused with her new bouncy house, this was a good time for Bill and John to put the battery-powered Jeep together that we were giving her for Christmas. Even though it is over a month until Christmas, we want her to have it this weekend so we can watch her enjoy it. And, there is never enough to keep her busy when visiting Grandma and Granddad so we had several reasons for giving it to her early.
Roan was delighted with the box the Jeep came in. We were thrilled when she decided to sit in it and pretend it was playhouse.
Uh oh - what we were hoping to avoid. Roan noticed the partially assembled Jeep and wanted to sit in it and drive it - making it impossible for Bill and John to put together.
Joe to the rescue. He put Roan on his shoulders and rested his arm on the back of John's truck. We couldn't believe it when she leaned over and fell asleep on his arm!
