I reversed the opposite page template so the flowers were I wanted them, as in a mirror from the other page. Then I removed the pictures and title.

I had an overlay for the "cousins" and placed it on the purple.

That left me with the purple paper, the outer border and the flower cluster and the cousins overlay which is one piece with the big white heavy frame.

I brought the flower cluster to the front, popped in the big picture, added another smaller picture and then put the title on it.

Once I figured out what I wanted to do - this was a very quick layout.
