Love this! I have found that using waxed paper or bakery waxed tissue (which is what I have) between the die and chosen paper works great with intricate dies! And then you can use the waxed paper you just die cut also on a project!!

Christmas Painted Ladies

I LOVE the dies that produce beautiful, intricate buildings. This is a new die for me and I am most pleased with its product. I have seen a couple of videos that show removing the 2nd story to make a Victorian Cottage. I am showing two examples of Christmas cards made with this die. Since the die is so intricate, I used simple color schemes and played a little bit with the design. This card is actually a cardstock base with the embellished card hinged on the left. The die is Spellbinders Shapeabilities Painted Lady. The wreath is from Recollections.
