This stamp is from Mo's Digital Pencil. I colored it with Copics and added a little extra brown shading to the teddy bear with pencils. When I finished coloring the image I masked it and inked around it with distress inks. I cannot remember where I got the Believe stamp, maybe the dollar bin at Michaels. I made the frame using Spellbinders Basic Card Creator Matting Basics - I'm pretty sure it is Card Creator A but I threw away the folder that came with it so there is a slight possiblity it was Card Creator B. I threaded some ribbon through the die cut at the bottom to finish it all off.
