I embossed the red background. Added both a white and silver glitter paper strip across the card and added some jewels to it. I stamped, powder embossed the heart and hand cut it out. I used 3D foam under it for dimension. I colored the tiny rose buds with markers. Other than the envelope and card base, I used scraps for this.
