A couple of years, I posted a news clip about Rosa's Fresh Pizza in Philadelphia. I had asked if anyone had ever gone, would want to go or have heard of Rosa's. In a nutshell, Rosa's pizza slices are $1.00. You can buy a slice of pizza, donate money towards future slices and write a note on the wall for some else to receive a free slice of pizza! It's a pretty amazing place, a place where you can give back in for the form of food!
When we lived in PA, while my husband was overseas, I had an appointment in Philadelphia. On the way home, we stopped off at Rosa's. It was a tiny place, but all the post-it notes covering the wall was more powerful than any news media clip could capture! It was truly an experience and one worth experiencing if you ever find yourself in Philadelphia, PA!
