I used store bought embossed cardstock for the base. I hand punched the image from a used card and the message inside is from that same used card. I cut out the border circle and "HOPE" with my Cricut machine and the Inspired Heart cartridge. I used 3D foam under the image and and a flower sticker inside the "O". I hand punched all the corners.
