The white section with image is from a used card. If it looks familiar, its because I had a second one hiding in my pile. I added two colored layers then used a white card base. I rounded all the corners, made a little bow and I used Glossy Accents on the spots of the heart. I dressed up the inside with same stripped paper. And you know I made the envelope.
