I love how you used all those strips of paper across the page. Excellent layers and bits and bobs. The torn edges all lots of texture and I adore how you tucked the journaling away.
You did a beautiful job! It's sad that you can't enjoy your grand baby, she is missing out on a lot of love. Hopefully things will change in the near future.
what a beautiful way to save memories--and certainly hope they will be able to see them; you did a fabulous job with the tearing, stitching, and layering
What a little tiny baby - how precious! Beautiful tearing and layering! So sad he is not allowed to see her anymore. Hopefully whatever issues are there will be resolved so the family can be together and he can enjoy his granddaughters. How wonderful that you are making this book for them!
I did this for the February Round Robin challenge, week 3, team 2. Layout is about dh holding our granddaughter for the very first time on the day of her birth. I wrote some hidden journaling on a tag an put it behind the photo. It is about the memories of a grandfather who is not allowed to see her anymore. I really hope that she and her sister will be able to see their scrapbook one day to know that we love them and miss them.
