Journal: We did see an okapi at the beginning – it was hiding in the bushes so I couldn’t get a good picture. We spotted a two hippopotamuses beneath a still pond, a couple of crocodiles, pelicans and flamingos. We got some good shots of rhinos, elephants, zebras, and antelopes. I also got some good photos of wildebeests, also called gnus.
