Alcohol inks on Yupo paper for the background. Tim Holtz stencil with embossing paste and glitter. Die cut the Happy Birthday and embossed it 3 times with UT embossing powder. I used Versamark Dazzle "Frost". It gives the embossed die cut a glimmer. So pretty.
