I come from a strong line of Norweigan's and every Christmas we celebrate our heritage by eating a delicacy called lefse. Lefse is a thin potato pancake that is often topped with butter and brown sugar. It's delicious!

So here's my husband's sweet grandma making us some lefse this past Christmas!
