Give a Cheer
My niece is having a birthday soon and she like owls. I found this owl recently at an upcycle craft store and decided to see what I could make with it. I used two smaller paper packs for this, the Tattered Time and a big discount store special with copper foil accents against a kraft paper background. I cut the stars from the light blue paper with a smaller die from the Tri-fold Card, Ice Skater die set many times and then set it against a darker blue sparkling glitter paper. The birthday sentiment is a HOTP Dazzles in gold.
