I trimmed a piece of watercolor cardstock with Simon Says Stamp Stitched Rectangle die, and heat embossed Wplus9's Autumn Leaves in clear. I also embossed Hero Arts' Stamp And Cut Congrats sentiment. I die cut the word "congrats" and pressed it onto my Versamark ink pad before embossing it in clear. I misted my panel with water and sprinkled Colorburst in Pthalo Green over the stamped images. Once dry, I attached my panel to a black card base with tape runner. Thanks for looking.
