CINNABUN RECIPE: 1 box yellow cake mix (18 1/4 ounce) 4 eggs, 3/4 cup oil, 1 cup sour cream. CINNABUN TOPPING: 1 cup brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon cinnamon, 2 Tablespoons flour & 2/3 cup butter. ICING: 2 cups icing sugar, 2 Tablespoons softened butter, 4 Tablespoons milk Preheat oven to 325°F Grease a 9 x 13 inch baking pan. Mix together cake mix, eggs, oil and sour cream. Pour into prepared baking pan, set aside. In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, flour, cinnamon & butter, beat well. Spoon small amounts evenly over cake batter. Just keep filling in spaces with the small drops of cinnamon mixture. Cinnamon/sugar will sink & leave sweet swirls throughout the cake. Bake for 40 minutes till cake begins to pull away from sides & turns a golden color on top. Test with toothpick NOTE: if using a dark pan reduce heat to 300o. ICING: combine milk with icing sugar & mix thoroughly. Pour over slightly cooled (10-15 minutes on cooling rack) cake.
