Here is my little dude last summer, August 2016. One of the last weeks at his daycare before he started Pre-K. He's always been funny about having anything in his hair, and definitely, unless we're washing his hair, DON'T spike it! But his Ama at daycare talked him and her grandson into spiking their hair with gel one day and then gave them some of the toy musical instruments. My son got the guitar and started rocking out on it with facial expressions, tongue, the devil horns and everything. Very KISS meets Slash meets AC/DC and then some. It was too cute, so of course I got plenty of pictures. A proud Momma moment if ever there was one!

For my Scraplift the Person Before you, I got MrsMiller and as soon as I saw her gallery, I knew I'd have a lot of great material. I scrolled through and immediately saw her page Epcot. Eat to the Beat page seen here:

and I knew I would lift that one with these pictures. I had just purchased that You Rock paper so knew I'd have it perfectly, just needed to figure out what other papers to use. I've had this old Crate Paper line for years and years and finally put it to good use on the next page I'm going to upload (of DH back in the day) so thought I'd use the scraps for this page. SO love how it turned out! I printed four mini pics and just could not decide which ones to use so I layered the middle one with a washi hinge and voila! My little rock star!
(And you can see his biggest fan in the back of the top middle photo too!)

For the following challenges - 5 Ingredients: star, 1-2 photos, twine, solid bg, numbers; Not to Be Squared, National __ Day: Incredible Kid Day March 16th; Sizzix Die Cutting Delights and my Hoarders Challenge.

Everything on here is old except for the 'You Rock' paper/title piece and guitar I fussy cut.
TFL!
