I made this card for my husband's grandmother, we love her a lot, she turned 84, I use the quilling technique, and I use background watercolor paper, before I dried the watercolor I put the embossing powder with shine and I heat with embossing gun. We are blessed to have grandma betti, I hope you like the card as much as her.
