Journaling:
"This was our little Chihuahua, Tena. We got her from Uncle JB and Aunt Estelle. She was a feisty little dog. The only person she really like was Daddy (maybe because he was the one who rescued her from a not so happy environment). She slept with me at night. I remember I would go to the living room each night to get her at bedtime and if I bent down to give Daddy a kiss, she would growl at me. He would have to hand her to me to take to bed and when we were sleeping, she would growl at me if I got too close to her. This photo was taken in a rare moment that she was tolerating me because I was letting her watch my goldfish swim in the tub while I cleaned their bowl. Circa 1973"

I realized as I was posting this, that I goofed on the date and put 1977 when it should have been 1973. I have reprinted the journaling and fixed it on the layout, but I'm too lazy to take another pic LOL!
