Sunday, September 18th, 2016 – After we left the beautiful Seville Cathedral yesterday, we were back on the road again and made it as far as Aquain, where we found a hotel for last night. Today we drove from Aquain to Valencia. Long drive! Around 5 hours which is a long time for me to be cooped up in a car!

We took a few pictures on the drive today, but none that were really exciting. Bill calls me the little sea lion and I call him the big sea lion. He gave us those names because we like to cuddle like sea lions on the rocks – they are always nestled up against each other. When Bill spotted the statue of the sea lion in one of the little towns, he took plenty of pictures!
We saw a vacant area covered with little statues of fish hooks. We decided that was worth a picture. We thought that was moderately interesting.

We were glad to get a hotel in Valencia tonight and check email. Then we walked to McDonalds near our hotel for hamburgers and for a special treat – hot fudge sundaes!
We are both so happy that tomorrow is the last day on the road and tomorrow night will be our last night in a hotel!
Then we board our cruise ship!
I just noticed that I repeated a paragraph twice. Don't know how that happened, but I'm going over there now to fix it!
