Hello friends! Here's a card I made for a nephew in CA that was inspired by a card our friend Marylou (Meggie's Nana) had made. Since I didn't have TH foil tape like she did I decided to try just using heavy duty aluminum foil. I cut a piece of cardstock the size of the Darice Steampunk embossing folder I wanted to use and covered it with the foil. I then ran it through my Big Shot. I then used TH alcohol inks by just squeezing droplets around here and there and alcohol blending solution. It's a fun technique.

The burlap ribbon on the left is Offray from Walmart and the loose weave burlap was 6" wide stuff from Hobby Lobby. Gear buttons were from Joann's if I remember correctly.

The birthday stamp is HOTP Birthday Greetings.

The steampunk paper I matted the embossed piece with is DCWV's Tattered Time and the paper under that is Hot off the Press Steampunk paper pack. All I have left of that is one 12x12 piece and just a few scraps! Added a little BoBunny Geometric stamping and that's all there is to it!
