This is amazing!!, Fantastic!! LOVE, love the colors... so smart to use the JN stamp as a mold... I love how you can barely notice the cabin... it is as though you're looking through a snowstorm, such great detail!!

Land of Winter Wonder - NSD

For this mixed media I decided to go lighter in color instead of my usual dark tones. Not only that I used a stamp (Julie Nutting doll) as a mold for paper clay then colored her with TH stains. The background is Distress Oxides with a smattering of Distress ink. White acrylic paint was splattered for snow and Prima Metallique wax was used to change the color of the metal adornment. The adornment was made with pieces of jewelry metal filigree with a rhinestone placed in the center. I added a couple of die cuts twine and gauze to finish the look.
