Give a Cheer
This is entered into the May Inspirational Card Challenge for the suggested technique. I used double sided tape and added tissue paper that I had cut up into confetti on the bottom and I also scattered a few pieces. I also plan to save a few pieces of loose confetti in a tiny bag for when I use the card. I used some old store bought die cuts. I used some foam dots under the flower and the banner for added dimension. I added clear embossing powder to the butterfly. I made the envelope.
