Cute pictures of DS and DD at our annual Easter Egg hunt on the Saturday before Easter. My BF and I have been doing this for a couple years now and it's kind of becoming a tradition. We meet in the park, potluck style with any friends who can make it. We let the kids play, eat, dye eggs and then have an egg hunt. The park, Mayor's Bicentennial Park in Glendale is so perfect for this. Very shaded, lots of space and very picturesque! These were pictures of both kiddos as they raced off to find eggs.
At LAST! Two overdue challenges in one here! I finished this one last night while watching Star Wars The Force Awakens with DH - because... you know.. it WAS May the Fourth! (Admittedly it was no longer May the Fourth by the time I finished this and the movie... And today is definitely Revenge of the Fifth... >_<)
Coming in right under the wire for my April Music Inspiration entry. I was given the song "Losing My Mind" by Maroon 5 and I chose to use the line "I'm standing right behind you" which is in my journaling. Because I was.... standing... okay chasing right behind them as they went after their eggs. Enthusiastically. LOL!
Also my April Ugly Paper Challenge entry. IDK how Amanda thought those were ugly, but I totally loved them! I ended up using pretty much the whole Heidi Swapp paper too, layered behind the photos.
Also entering in my HOARDERS challenge, Sports and Play (play) and National Brother and Sister Day. All the embellies are old old old! I dug deep for the Spring/Easter stickers/chipboards and am so happy I found them! The rabbit/carrot/border are Bella Blvd "Spring" chipboards and the clear stickers are an old pack my mom sent me years ago. TFL!
