Happy National Scrapbooking Day!! This is the first time in my 10 years of scrapping that I have had the opportunity to actually do some scrapping on this day! I was very excited this morning because I had a couple of projects lined up and was able to complete both of them! The next one is coming up, although it isn't a paper crafting project.

Anyway, here's a card I made for my sweet sis-in-law's mother who I've known since I was a youngster. She will be 89 years old and my sis-in-law said that she doesn't like to celebrate her birthday anymore because her late husband's birthday was on the same day. My sis-in-law asked those that know and love her to send her a card to brighten her special day so I decided to make her a card using her favorite color of green! My card utilizes one of the fringe flowers I made a couple of days ago!

The corner die cuts I made from a tissue box! The picnic basket paper is the back side of the card base! I thought it was cute so I decided to use it on the front also.

The pretty feather was from the now closed Gone Artsy. The little wood pieces I've had in my stash for quite awhile and I painted them with Liquid Pearls.
The green paper under the picnic basket is DCWV's Pixie Stix paper pad. Bling flourishes is Zva.

Thank you so much for stopping by and I hope you all enjoyed a crafty day today!
