This is a layout, using the Altenew kit, about one of our stops during our vacation in Germany . . . Burg Elke. We really enjoyed the tour which I'm grateful they gave in English. My childhood memories make castles seem like these large, structures with vast rooms. Not true as an adult, with this one anyway. The rooms were small and the staircases were winding nightmares. LOL Of course, compared to huts this would have been vast. I did scrap lift one of Ashley Horton's layouts for this. This is for the NSD Travel challenge and sewing challenge.
