We had so much rain, 1.28 inches, by morning. As we all were getting ready to go out for a breakfast buffet, the snow started to fall. We had about 2" in a matter of an hour. Then back to rain and of this morning the rain is still falling!
This did not stop us from having a splendid Mother's Day. My hb and sil made plans together to take my dd Carrie and myself out for breakfast to celebrate. Carrie and I were quite surprised. We all went down to a local restaurant called Welch's to have their breakfast buffet. The girls, Lexi and Maegen made us cards, cute, and Cody gave us many hugs and a couple kisses on Gram's cheek, what a perfect gift!!
The girls hit the fresh fruit section and noticed they had a few goodies in there. We thought they where going back for more fruit, but to our surprise they each picked out a chocolate pudding, sprayed a 1/2 a can of cream on them and presented Carrie and myself this dreamy mound of cream with a little chocolate!! Very Funny!!
This is life in the North Country in NH. as if you don't like the weather, just wait a minute. We wouldn't change one thing!
