I love this digital stamp set from Vera Lane Studios. Well, the girl and the pup on the right is from the Curly Girl stamp set, and the poodle on the left I doodled myself.
I wanted to do an ATC (Artist Trading Card) of me and my pups to celebrate life and how thankful I am for the good life I have with them (and how my 16 year old poodle, Biscuit, recently got over a serious illness).
I watercolored the background and the images using Zig Clean Color Real Brush Markers and a water brush. I inked the edges of the base with Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Black Soot, and inked the edges of each image that I fussy cut out with a Momento Tuxedo Black Marker. I also doodled on extra dot details and swooshing jumping up lines with a Signo White Gel Pen and a Copic Black Multiliner Pen. Lastly I added some shine details to the eyes with Ranger Glossy Accents.
