I really like that you were able to make it so personal with colors and the quote so that it fit the customer and the recipient. Like the striped pp with the gold foil stripes. And of course the irises are beautiful with the cutting around them and the pop dots.
Such a beautiful card and verse! The touches of gold foil are so pretty. I'm loving all the gorgeous shades of purple you've used on your recent cards. It's a color a use too rarely. Fabulous job on this!
I made this for a guy at work for his mother. She just happens to be a customer of mine so I love making cards for her. One of her favorite flowers is the purple Iris so that is what I used. He picked out this verse for the front of the card. I used sketch #3 of the May Card Sketch Challenge as my inspiration.
