LOVE the Crab Pot!!! (Seattle born n raised) You guys retire there, we will definitely have to meet up whenever I get up there to see the family!
Oh.. the page... right... SUCH a fun page!! Love your photos and the cute crab you cut and misted and that ribbon is SO awesome! What a great idea to use washi that way. Glad you shared how you made that! Gads I miss fresh seafood.... *sigh*
Never been in Seattle but going to put it in our map of vacation destination :) Love seafood and like Nylene, this layout is making me crave for crabs! Those sticker letters are genius the way you used them! Beautiful page.
This is a beautiful layout. I love seafood, so this makes me hungry! I love what you did with the little crab. So classy. I love your title and the letters you used. Very classy layout.
Awesome design!! I love the tag and nautical theme! And yes your crab is very cute! Lol! It's great to see your work again! Thanks for playing in the June Mixed Media Challenge!
Oh you are right back in the groove--look at all of those challenges you knocked out here! I am getting too old to remember more than 1 or 2 LOLOLOL!!! Also--its one great page too! Your crab tag is very cool! Looks like a fun place!
Hubby and I went to Seattle in 2014 for our 25 anniversary. We had a great time.
I'm sure that anyone who knows Seattle knows the Crab Pot. All I can say is it's probably a good thing I don't live there because I'd have some serious weight issues. This was an absolutely delicious meal - and the atmosphere was unbeatable.
We think, when Tom retires, that Seattle may very well become our new home. We both loved it. More than anywhere else we've ever been (well, maybe not more than Italy, but close...)
This is for the One Page Sketch Challenge ~ Sketch 2
Additional Challenges ~ Hoarders ~ Pick A Technique ~ Stickers ~ Mixed Media ~ 5 Ingredients ~ Foodie
Thanks for stopping by. And if you get to Seattle, be sure to eat at the Crab Pot. Especially if the Dungeness Crabs are in season. I'm just saying.

TECHNIQUE DETAILS for anyone interested.
The little crab is a die cut that I got at HL. He's sprayed with Buccanneer Blue Moonshadow Mist from Lindy's Stamp Gang. The ribbon is made from washi tape which I folded back onto itself. It was kind of a pain, so I don't know that I'll do that on a regular basis, but I do kind of like the look of it. I had some bling lines that I cut apart to dress up the end. The little sign is from an embellishment pack that I got years and years ago - like way back in 2008 or so and the little heart brad is almost that old as well. The letters are old Thickers brand which I got in a Peachy Cheap deal of the day - it's got to have been at least 5 years ago... The red polka dot paper is from my scrap bin. I think it's from a Christmas paper pack. The red stripe , the blue starfish, and the blue script papers are all from a Paper Studio nautical pack that I got at Hobby Lobby. The blue polka dot paper is from Authentique.
