The first typewriter I ever used! (And yes, I still own it!)

The journaling reads:
"My dad's old Olympia, where I learned to type. I never did have the finger strength to type fast! I may have a computer now, but there is something I love about this 'old school' machine."

Challenges:
-Mixed Media: I have Distress Oxides, paint splatters, and nuvo paste! And I have the twist of 'vintage' style!
-Inspired By A Word: Inspired by "dad," but no twist, non of the letters are chipboard.
-Pick-a-Technique: Of the three techniques, I used distressing & punching, so I have the twist of using 2 or all 3! (The only "spraying" I did was with water to activate the Distress Oxides.)
-Hoarders: Yeah, basically everything came from my stash.
-Sewing: I used a satin, teal thread across the top of the film strip edged paper. And, I have the twist, the tag the journaling is on is chipboard.

Other Products:
-Shimmerz Paint: "Coal"
-Hip Kit Club Exclusive Alphas for "Spell"
-The button/flair: {A Flair For Buttons} Etsy Shop
-The papers under the photo, the swirly gold paperclip, the heart, and "captured" all came in a RAK from Vivian (May 2017 Not To Be Squared Challenge)
-A bit of hemp twine
-Teal thread
