When we booked our trip to Belize at the beginning of hurricane season, we knew we might be in for some crazy weather. While we never saw a hurricane, we got to see the most amazing lightening show ever. It was about midnight, dark, and the skies were black with the impending storm. With only a cell-phone camera, we were fortunate to capture the most incredible spectacle we had ever seen. The lightening didn’t come in strikes but literally lit up the entire night sky. All of the above photos were taken within just seconds of each other. The lightening was constant and bright, bright enough to light everything as if it was the middle of the day. It was incredible and something we will never forget. This grand production lasted for several hours. Nature never disappoints!
