I really had a hard time getting a decent photo. It wasn't until I had uploaded here, what I thought was a decent one, did I see the scraps stuck to the page...sorry....not going to try to redo photo.
Here is the journaling:
On your ‘real' birthday (as we called them before the whole family birthday party) Sissy got you the big Lego set you wanted. But, since you always shook the boxes to hear the Legos, she pulled them all out. The box didn't make any noise and when you opened it --- NO LEGOS!! She told you that it was the last one and the store used it as a display. So after the holidays you would get all the pieces and could build it yourself. You were pretty sad and upset looking, for it being your birthday. We all gave you other Legos, but this was the BIG set --- the one you really wanted!!
We sent you out to the freezer to bring in your mint chocolate chip ice cream cake and when you came back in --- all the Lego pieces were there, wrapped and waiting to be opened. The big smile says it all!!
