So I fell in love with all of the bikes in Amsterdam. . . and I just had to do a page on them! :-) For this side I used wooden flourishes that I embossed in turquoise. I cut some flourishes out of green paper and then inked one them with a watercolor wash in green - I made flags with matching paper and distressed them for the base, of course flowers - and I had this little bike that I've had in my stash (again!) that I've been holding on to forever for a bike page - how perfect is that - it's turquoise too! I used Lightroom to add the caption on the photo (You can't buy happiness, but you can buy a bike and that's pretty close! :-) I also fussy cut some of the flowers out of a matching sheet of paper and raised it at the left top corner.
