I've never seen just one side distressed and I LOVE it, great look especially with all the distressed inking. I also really like the burlap banner and the blue matting gave the photo that little something extra to pop

You did a really beautiful job with the Design Seeds palette this month. I like that you focused and pulled in so much navy with the softer sea green tone. And the little red flourishes add a nice and elegant contrast to the more rustic burlap flag piece. The heavy distressing on the edges adds to the rustic charm and outdoor feel of your project. Really lovely job!
