On this date, precisely one year ago, our lives changed dramatically when, in the blink of an eye, we lost our home, belongings, my (home based) business, and infinitely worst of, our darling cat, Stella, in a tragic arson fire.

So much has changed since then. It has been a very challenging, unique year that saw us reach for deep reserves of inner strength and grow a great deal in the process.

We've been fortunate to gradually get back on our feet in general. Helped in countless ways by many amazing sweet, caring, generous, compassionate people around the world - including some of you super lovely folks here on SB.com. Each of whom myself, my husband, and our precious dog, Annie, will forever be grateful with all of our hearts.

On this somber anniversary, I feel an even stronger urge than ever to move forward and keep looking ahead, so I've decided to just go ahead and upload the last few pre-fire projects that I have photos for here today. That way, from here on out, I can focus on posting new creations that I've been making recently and will continue to create in the future.

A fresh start for a fresh year, you could say - and what high hopes and positive feelings I have for that year!

I really can't say thank you enough to everyone here who has been there for me/us in any way whatsoever in the past twelve months. I cherish and appreciate you each with all of my heart.

To new and exciting beginnings!!!
