My second Coney Island layout for our 2017 vacation. This is an iconic rollercoaster, so of course we HAD to take a trip on it. It's another fantastic ride - but it's an old OLD coaster, so the seats are super small. Tom is 6'4" and he had a tough time finding leg room in the little car.

But the ride was fast and furious and loads of fun. We'd both heard stories about The Cyclone. Now we have a story of our own.

Done for the following challenges
~ ABC. I used D(iecuts) E(vergreen) and F(estival). The little roller coaster cars are from the Tim Holtz Cityscape Commute set. I die cut the VW Beetle, then cut off the roof so that it looked more like roller coaster cars. The coupling are some old vintage hook & eye fasteners just tacked down with black thread.

~ Leftovers. I love using up stuff. All of the papers and product you see here came out of my scraps box. Nothing new or fresh on this page at all. Unless you count the man sitting on my left. He's kind of fresh.
