The day finally came when we were suppose to leave Alaska on the ferry. We checked out of our hotel and drove down the Seward Highway to Portage Valley. We saw lots of critters along the way. We took the tunnel that is for cars and trains through to Whittier. Darn it! The ferry is delayed and we won't leave until the next day. Oh well, Whittier was beautiful.
