This card was inspired by sketch #1 of the March 2018 Card Sketch Challenge. I flipped it and omitted a strip and then replaced another strip with the dots of Liquid Pearls. To make the mat appear a bit more like the one in the sketch, I punched the edges with a circle punch. The banner was cut with a Taylored Expressions die set. The striped paper is from the Kaisercraft Porcelain Rose collection 6.5 x 6.5 sized pack. The center of the flower is a brad by Basic Grey.
