This is a design that I lifted from my own gallery ( https://www.scrapbook.com/galleries/161553/view/778651/-1/936/0.html ) a page called Sliding Rock. I love these new papers from Authentique. The swirls are cut by hand, inked or hand doodled around the edges, with a snowflake stamped on and then silver brad added. You can't really see it here, but I added glitter glue to the snowflake stamps... TFL!
