I took your ideas, what I ended up doing is matting the "patch" portions & the mitten cuff with gold paper... turned out pretty nice I must say. I decided to make decos as my + items with Christmas balls... when I have a complete set I'll repost. Thank you so much for everyone's feedback!

Elle there beautiful! As far as blending in what about taking a white milky pen and just outlining the corners where there isn't anything(make sense?)

Tags plus 1 - Melnaise's swap

It needs gold ribbon, which I don't have, and I cannot decide on what item to make. My only concern is the green on the mittens comes really close to blending in with the tag. I thought about accenting the mittens with an ivory border but I'm really close to running out of room. Any thoughts or should I just leave it alone?
