This photo was taken in 2013 at the POV rooftop lounge at the W Hotel in Washington DC. it was very windy up there and my hair was a disaster but a beautiful day and a perfect spot for a photo with the Washington Monument. I was living in Alexandria Virginia at the time just 15 minutes from Downtown DC.

I used Maja Design papers and 49 and Market flowers. I added a vintage locket with a secret message.
