My cousin turned 50 this past weekend and had a surprise party. Of course, with all that is going on, I didn't go, but I wanted to make a her a special card because I can at least do that.

I really liked the technique from the February 2020 Card Inspiration Challenge which was this folded block card, but didn't have the right card subject for it last month. On the blocks for this card, I already have a stamped "Happy" and "Birthday" from a Send U My Love stamp and stickers with "50th" and of course a punched butterfly. On the remaining blocks, I have added her four letter name in gold letters. The technique instructions can be found at this link:

I stamped the flowers and colored them with a water brush and ink. I used Stampin' Up's First Frost dies for the white baby's breath looking pieces, and the gold leaves and SU's Sprig punch was also used to punch some gold sprigs for the front. I punched the butterflies with Emaginations punch and stamped the sentiment on the front with a Hero Arts stamp. I did use a blue Art & Co glitter brush to color the butterfly of that color
