5.5x4.25 white card base. I cut a dark navy blue card to 5.5x4.25 and cut on the diagonal. I then chose a few different papers including gold mirror and a few specialty papers from Tonic. I cut these into strips either 1/4 inch, 3/4 inch or 1 inch. I added glue to the front of the card base and, starting at the top left, added the strips and covered my card base. I ran the navy blule piece through my die cutting machine with an embossing folder (stars). I glued the navy blue piece to the left side of my card. I added a Dresden gold star to complete my card. This would be a good design for July 4th by using red, white and silver strips with the navy blue.
