I made a total of 32 of these bubble cards. 16 for my own use, and 16 for a friend. I previously posted the tear-drop style ornament.
I stamped and embossed the image. I added adhesive to the Opulent papers, and die cut out the circles. The circles were added to the image. The tiny circles are colored in with glitter pen. I colored the bow with a gold pencil. I fussy cut out the focal image. The sentiment was die cut. I used a purchased card base, but added the black, white, and gold striped paper.
I added the same striped paper to the envelope.
