I used the cut file as a stencil first with Tim Holtz distress inks to create the stained glass window. I glued the Cut to You cut file onto white cardstock. I then overlaid a sheet of vellum to give it a soft glow and stitched it to hold it down. I decorated with Prima Marketing flowers.
