white base c/s A2, 2nd layer on white c/s (4.24w x 5.50h) die cut w/angled strips cover plate die (Catherine Pooler) brush strips using distress oxides wilted violet, candied apple & moyed lawn (alternating colors) attach to base w/db sided tape, die cut a frame from white c/s (4.25w x 5.50h) x 1/4 thick around, glue to 2nd layer, add 2 strips of paper stock torn on right edge (1/2 w x 5.25h aprox.) also add a piece of ribbon on outer edge of paper strips, stamp Kylee girl (picket fence) using versafine black ink onto (2w x 3.75h) white c/s, lightly brush D/O dusty concord, cut a piece of black cardstock slightly larger & glue together, add twine around the bottom & tie through heart button, attach to card on a slight angle w/foam squares, die cut celebrate (3x's using black c/s, glue together, attach to botton of card, add (3) coordinating dots.
