Create a topfold slimline cardbase. Mat and layer dominant color. Add open scallop slimline border and dotted border to bottom of card. For tone on tone motif, in the same dominant color die cut the Half Slimline Oval on the top side of panel and then on the bottom side as an inlay. Adhere to card using double layer of foam tape. Die cut set sentiment in gold and adhere.
